Positives - Great crust Negatives - Super soft undercarriage. Even for a neopolitan pizza - marinara sauce tasted like the Mariana you buy at a grocery store - Okay cheese Didn’t leave up to the reviews I saw online. Next time I visit Montreal I’ll come back and give it another shot

DeliIous sauce and wood fired crust. Crust could have been cooked more but overall a nice find in Montreal

Marinara Pizza: Tomato sauce,parsley,garlic,basil and olive oil. Overly oily and floppy. However, Ingredients and crust had a very fresh taste. Wood oven.
