Bourbon Brick Oven & Grill (Under New Management)

I wanted to love it.. it is way too salty. I’m wondering if it’s the cheese or the seasoning. Terrible…sorry.

Good pizza, came out piping hot and cooked well. Crisp crust and flavorful cheese and sauce combo. Good bit of flop on the interior, but not enough to make the cheese slide off. Good local pizza and would definitely eat again if in the area.

Super greasy, floppy crust has good chrisp, great drink pizza sober not so much.

Good drunk pizza, really greasy. Dough has a really weird sour taste. Live music wasnt hitting and was way too loud, made it painfully hard to choke down my food.

One bite, everybody knows the rules.... got some flop, but the crust is rich, and crispy with some brick oven char. Fresh tomato paste sauce, and delicious ingredients. Locally, best pizza in Bardstown .

Zero flop. Solid pizza

Undercooked, skimped on the pepperonis, decent sauce, cheese was like chewing through cardboard. Waitress was a bardstown 6.

Service wait is a little long. Pizza is not bad. Good crust but sauce is lacking. Overall not great but not bad.
