This was a slice reminiscent of one cooked by an Italian mother or nonna on a Friday night, simple but everything was there. The sauce is basic as is the cheese but the crust is fantastic. It was sad to see how little business the place gets but I think perhaps there was someone behind the counter dedicated to the craft, it’s worth a stop by if you’re in the area…
