Branchinelli's Pizza & Restaurant

Usually not a sicilian guy, i say that but i have a deep burning passion for all pizza, i just usually get the thin stuff. That being said, i was told this was the place to go for Sicilian Pizza. It absolutely did not disappoint. Super good crust with that bouncy mouth feel and just a bit of crisp to the bottom. Sauce was on the verge of being more tangy than i like, maybe a pinch of sugar in that sauce but who am i to tell Branchinelli how to make his pizza?! The cheese was great and i lived that slice. The marinara slice with basil and pecorino romano was very solid too. It was a bit of a thinner style swuare with crisp edges and bottom, very tangy but bright slightly chunky tomato sauce that hasnt been drowned out by too much seasoning. Id rate that a flat 8.0. Which is a great score. That’s a review.
