Brass Rail Pizza Bar

Hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Mild crunch with a decent undercarriage. There’s flop, but I did get extra cheese. Flop doesn’t hurt this review, though. If you want a late night pizza in Detroit that will set you straight, Brass Rail……

Great topping but too much flop

If you judge it on pure taste, it’s probably in the 8’s. Love the garlic on the crust as well. However, it is very greasy, which brings the rating down.

Solid thin crust. Crispy, not a lot of sauce

The pizza had good flavor, but was loaded with grease and the crust was undercooked on the bottom. They were packed because it was before a Tigers game. It may be better if you go during a time they aren't as busy

Too much grease. Sauce is on the sweeter side. Really thin and good flavor cheese. Crust has a good flavor and crisp

Real solid pie here. Little bit of flop, but nothing offensive. Garlic on the crust is a huge hit. Only thing keeping it from the 8s was a bit of grease. Not going out my way, but I'd eat here again.

Probably one of the greasier pizzas I’ve had. You literally can’t pick it up with a fold. The only thing that saves it is the crust. Other than that it’s not very good.

I had high expectations for this place. If you’re going to make a margarita pizza, use fresh mozzarella if you’re aiming for a 7 score or above. Would not come back for pizza. Would return for excellent service & reasonable prices. 5.4 P

Good pizza for being bar pizza, they have a bunch of variety, nice and thin too, with a thick crust, would recommend
