Bravo Pizza

Above average football pizza. Thin, but a crispy under crust does a good job holding up. The crust is crispy, not dry or chewy. Solid and pleasantly distinct mix of cheese, that does produce a little bit of tasteful grease. The sauce is light, and blends in just right with the pie. The sauce doesn’t have a lot of flavor, but what makes it good is how it causes the dough under it to be a bit moist or even wet. I like that. I think it contributes to a clean bite, while keeping the dough from cracking or ripping. This could go into the high sevens with a more tangy sauce. Again, above average football pizza. Bonus review: Italian salad 6.8 -it’s fresh and good ingredient ratio. That’s all I got to say about that.
