Pizza Review
Based on how nicely done this place was it was disappointing. The dough had zero bubbling or crispy dark spots, either oven was hot enough which I suspect because she threw a log on after. Being Neopolitan pizza only takes 90 seconds and I asked for crispy, you could tell oven wasn't hot enough. The girl making the pizza you could tell didn't really care. She was maybe 20. They store the Basil in the fridge which is a major no no. Kills flavor and turns leaves black. The sauce was cheap quality or Atleast tasted that way. Can't see it being San Marzano. Cheese was meek and not much flavor. Needed to be finished with some pecorino or parmagiano at end also. The Cesar salad was very poor dressing and the garlic bread was strange with some cheap fake butter or artificial oil. It is a beutiful restaurant tho.
