Delicious Margarita Pie with Pepperoni. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Off the hook.

Sicilian slice was very good maybe in the 8s. Plain was 6.8

Pizza Review time… in Manahawkin Nj at Brazzi Wood Fired… very impressed. No flop whatsoeva… nice mix of cheese and sauce… the slice I had was a standard not in the wood fired oven which I would’ve hoped for but real good slice… 8.1 on the review

Interesting slice. You can tell the cheese is greasy, but at the same time is very delish. The crust is immaculate and the sauce is scrumptious as well. Overall great slice. Highly recommend.

BONUS Grandma Pizza Review: This is not your typical grandma pizza; it’s more of a thin crust Sicilian pie. However, it is much tastier than the traditional round cheese pizza. A splash of pesto gives this terrific additional flavor to an already sweet and tasty sauce. The cheese is delicious and the perfect amount. The only real flaw is the lack of crispness in the dough. The crust is crispy but the the dough is soft and soggy. If they find a way to crisp this up and keep all the other ingredients intact, you’re looking at a fantastic pie in the 8s.
