Pretty good pizza, would be odeee w toppings

This may be the freshest tasting pizza I’ve ever had so far and am easily one of the best crust as well. Known more for being chompion bread makers it comes as no surprise the Roman style pizza is next level and for whatever reason gives me a very delorenzos vibe. The crust is soooo light and freakishly airy with sick crisp and flavor. The sauce is fresh and on the sweeter side but is complimented perfectly by a silky smooth mozzarella and olive oil that really ties this one together. So to the previous review saying $50 is a bit much, for that you get two of what’s pictured and the quality as hi end as it gets, totally worth it the only thing keeping me out of the 9s would’ve been a warm place to sit and eat it, not a bitter 40 degrees outside but that’s more on me. To put in into perspective I wasted an entire half as pictured walked back to the car and two more squares cooled off, it’s that damn good!!!

Hoboken does it again! Prez and the community’s ratings are way low. As the name implies - the bread and nice salty taste are the it factors (sauce, cheese and oil were on point too - don’t get it twisted)

Very surprising. Very crispy. Cheese is pleasant and the sauce is above average.

Light, chewy perfectly cooked crust. Fresh sauce, where they focus on the tomato in its simplicity and the salt level is well balanced. Just the right amount of mozzarella. A very good old school Roman style pizza. Something you'd find in Italy. My only negative would be the price, it's a bit overpriced, I get a whole pizza takes 2 boxes, but it's a very thin style pizza, so margins are high. Bonus: tried a Bomboloni. A yeast risen sugar donut with fresh with Italian pastry cream (crema pasticciera). Delicious only change would be to paper towel dry off the the donut more (a bit greasy).

Great ingredients and great crisp. Missing something that would take it to the 8's for me. Without a doubt a great pizza.

Everything about this pizza is amazing. The crust has the most perfect crunch. The mozzarella is so fresh and the sauce has the best flavor. So different and unique from your typical pizza.

Dave would be a huge fan of this pizza. Almost no flop and has the most perfect crunchy/crust ratio.

Fantastic “Rossa Pie” is simply some of the area’s best bread topped with superbly flavorful sauce and EVOO. who needs cheese?

Tastes like a luxury pizza even after a 2 hour ride back to CT and then reheat. The sauce stands out even more then the crunch. Focaccia is really good too, (I’ve never had a crispy one like that). It’s like a cross between pizza and what I’ve had as focaccia bread at restaurants. The bomboloni review is 9.8 — best I’ve had.

Absolutely phenomenal pizza. I happen to live in an area surrounded by great pizza options but this has quickly moved into the #1 position. Right now, in this post-covid world, things are a bit different at bread and salt with only two pizza varieties to chose from. However once you take a bite you will not feel like you are missing anything. Crust is light, crisp and with the perfect amount of brushed olive oil. Fresh, homemade tomato sauce and perfectly salted mozzarella cheese, make this pizza the best!!!!

Solid, tasty. Really high quality bread, cheese and sauce quite good too.

This hits the spot on a bunch of levels. Reminds me of Alla Pala at Eataly, but one ups them on every mark. Crispy and the right level of chewy, the sauce was stellar and the cheese was just right. Best I’ve had yet in the neighborhood.
