Brewery City Pizza West Olympia

Heavy dough, very sweet with a mild yeasty flavor, slight chew, little crunch, very greasy, sweet sauce with minimal dimension.

Thin crust pizza with a solid crunch. Super light sauce, good pep but a little greasy.

Ok flavor, but it was greasy. Seemed like typical “chain” pizza. Nothing stood out, besides good pepperoni.

Solid pie

One bite... everybody knows the rules... good flavor... a little too much flop.. good sauce. Crust is good.
