Guys, we have a legit hidden gem here. This is objectively really good pizza, ESPECIALLY for California. Practically no flop, nice and thin, great pepperoni and crispy crust. This is literally some of the best pizza I’ve had in SoCal.

Great pizza for OC. Thin, good crisp, zero flop, nice tang.

Really good taste and flavor, but the flop holds this pizza back from being higher. If they could get this pizza to be crispier, this may be an 8.5 or 8.6

One of my favorite spots in OC. Pizza does have some flop. Would be a higher score without flop, but the flop factor is minimal for me.

Better than normal California pizza. It’s thin and a bit floppy

True NY style in Southern California. They use a reverse osmosis system to strip the water to true H2O. They then add the salts and calcium to match that of NYC water. Truly amazing pizza!

Great taste but too floppy to sneak into the 8s

The pepperoni, small, cupped and cooked to perfection. The GRATED CHEESE ON TOP was a treat, and the crust towards the end was cripsy but not filling and doughy. The only thing that prevented this from being an 8 was the flop. A smidge too much grease and undercarriage could be a little more crisp. Overall though, I'd get it again coming back here. 7.5, that's the review.

GOOD slice. Wasn’t expecting New York style here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of flop but otherwise it was great. Wasn’t expecting much from a bar slice on a Saturday night but I was pleasantly surprised. Bonus for the charred pepperoni.

Excellent cheese, sauce has good tang, a little floppy and greasy but overall a very good pie.

Good crisp, minimal flop, solid NY slice. Only complaint was it had too much oil. Overall, really surprised on how good this was though for a brewery pizza

Wow wasn’t expecting that from a brewery pizza. This is definitely on the edge for the 8s. Crunchy and crisp good ingredients for sure. The place is awesome. The man is cooking this out of a tiny food truck in the garden section of a brewery. The sauce was a little heavy, but the other guys I was with loved it. They put the basil under the cheese. Got to say that smart, because you actually taste it. Instead of being cute and putting it on top for contrast. The beer is great too, and I guarantee you love the scenery and beer garden.

One bite everybody knows the rules. Great pie. Little bit on the greasy end but just because the pepperoni. On that note, the pepperonis are amazing. Little bit of heat and great crunch. The sauce has great balance with a nice tang. Gotta knock the score for a little bit because I want more crunch on the crust and the grease is excessive. Also, there is no phone ordering so you have to go to the food truck itself to place an order.
