Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

This pizza was so awesome. Thin and crispy. Not heavy. Sauce has the perfect tang. Up there with the best of Philly

Date night fancy pizza, good undercarriage crispy crust (slightly a bit too much char on the bottom) sweet sauce just right amount of cheese. Same cooking style as Frank Pepe’s Apizza in Connecticut, but much thinner crust) and not as good.

Large tomato pie, small margherita pie; both outstanding.

This was a tough one. I had to really focus not to allow all I’ve heard to influence the score. This is my honest assessment. Very good quality ingredients. Just a bit much tang to get into the 8’s. The old lady scored it an 8.9

A little above average, not a bad pie overall. Crust is crispy like I like it.

This pizza is awesome. Thin, airy, crispy. The cheese is flavorful not greasy at all. The sauce is tangy and sweet. Definitely a date pizza but at football pizza price. It’s the best pizza in the area.

Visited this long standing Bucket List joint while on a business call in Camden County. Fantastic thin, crispy tomato pie, perfectly baked. Best when eaten fresh out of the oven.

Crossing another off my old list, outstanding char especially on the outer crust I would still say maybe a little bit longer to get some more mid crust char. Taste tho is incredible from the sweet San Marzano sauce to the fresh mozz. Seasoned pretty well with a oil that adds great bite woulda liked even more. Either way as far as the tomatoe pies this is pretty close to the heavy hitters and worth a try amazing spot to eat in great people and area!

Great coal fired taste. Very good crisp on it. This is by far my favorite pizza in south jersey.

Final stop of the day. Will and I are split. I like this one best, he liked Bruno's better. A 8.3 from me, he gives it a 7.2. A little bit of spice to the sauce, good char to the crust.

So the say bricco is the talk of the town. I just hope that the talk is about how shitty it is. It’s not delivery, it’s disgusting.

Fun in jersey review

Pizza is incredible! Perfect crust, well done, nice crunch, no flop and fresh ingredients! The pizza is an 8.8 all day! But if you get a chance to talk to the owner Vincenzo, the the score goes into the 9’s.
