Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

I think this should’ve been a lot better and had potential to be higher. Problem was it was ice cold when we got it and the sauce distribution wasn’t even. I had some very cold dry bites. The crust flavor and consistency was very good.

Picked up the pizza and it was cold. Still pretty good had to heat it up had nice coal fire char and good sauce on it. If it was hot like it should of been it would be in the 8s but for it being cold not bad. 7.2

Very thin. Coal fired so burned crust besides that great taste. Good tange on the sauce great crisp.

Alright this was a hard one to score. The dough/crust is one of the best I’ve had in awhile. The sauce I wasn’t really a fan of. Could have been an 8.1, but I’m gonna have to go 7.9

Very good slice. Crust could be just a smidge thicker and there could be a little more cheese, but overall it’s very good for fancy pizza.

Super thin, very crispy, flavorful crust. No flop at all. Very light on the cheese, and the tomato sauce is crushed, not puréed, so you get some chunks of tomato. Fancy pizza.

I am amazed at the reviews. One guy rated this over joe beddia. Please. These guys have a brick oven and they use fresh ingredients , but the overall taste is not in the 8 range or 9 range. It is a 7.1. You will eat it and you will think it is pretty good. It won’t blow your mind in any way.

Good quality fresh ingredients pizza . Nothing special average flavor good crust if you like char. Would recommend but a little too fancy for me. Wouldn’t travel for it keeps in 7’s

The plain is a 7.1 but the pepperoni is a 7.3 because it has more sauce and a kick to it. High end ingredients, thin and crispy.

Alright Frankie. We’re here in Haddonfield NJ at Bricco Coal Fired Pizza. Beautiful pie, very VERY, thin. Great crisp. One of the best pies I’ve ever had. This is their margherita. I’ll definitely be back. Wow, just wow. That’s a review.

Sauce has different kind of taste can’t put to words. Pizza itself was burnt. Not something I’d get every week. Or my go to

Tried Bricco for the first time and it was very good! Great looking Pie and a nice crisp crust. We will be back!!!

Very tasty sauce. Great char and crispiness to the crust. The pepperoni cups were amazing. Overall, some of the best coal fired pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

Gourmet, coal fired pies. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but huge flavor, diverse menu and high quality ingredients. This pizza has fontina cheese, goat cheese, carmelized onions, arugula and pancetta. Beautiful, crispy crust. Savory and sweet in every bite. A total homerun of a pizza.
