Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta parlor

First pizza I tried since living in Connecticut my whole life. Was pretty damn good, a whole lot of cheese but it’s tasty. Lacking sauce, crust was a little too thick for me. Solid 6.8

A little floppy on the tip, heavier feeling pizza. Greasy from the whole fat mozz. Very good

Good flavor probably little over priced but good pizza. Crust is good little flop on the larger slices.

Pizza was solid. I expected a bit more. Light crust, good sauce, but maybe for the first time for me - too much sauce. Good toppings. Service was excellent. Music was rocking. It was as if my phone was playing.

First review of a non pepperoni slice. The veggies and pepperoni is very fresh. Great tasting sauce. Best part is the crust.

The first few bites are really good, but it’s all cheese. Becomes a soup of cheese and toppings after a few minutes

One of the better pizzas I’ve had. Asked for extra sauce too. It has a crispy crust but major flop. Would recommend having them cook it a little longer. Would be higher in the 8’s if it was crispier overall.

Greasy, floppy but still good

Asked for it well don’t for a little more crunch on the bottom. Cheese blend was a good flavor. Wish it had a little more sauce! I’m having an awful day full of allergies, probably would have given a higher score if I could have been able to taste it better 🤣 I’d eat here again.

Buffalo chicken and pepperoni. Great flop and crust was good. One of the best pizzas in Orlando
