Brick Fire Pizza & More

First thing is first, the flop. Had a lot a flop from the crust. It was a little under cooked. Could have been crispier. Cheese to sauce ratio was very even, which is good. It wasn’t very oily which is a good sign and the sauce had good tang. Overall good pie.
