While this is a unique topping pizza.. it was very tasty and made right in front of us.

Margherita Pizza Was so so. Good flavor on the sauce. Little too saucy and the crust was floppy. Needed to have better undercarriage.

Had the Margherita. Super floppy and undercooked dough. Sauce was ok at best. Disappointing

Margherita - Marinara sauce too watery, basil is fresh, floppy, and could use more mozzarella. Overall good not great.

Wood fire oven was amazing so the crust was amazing as to be expected. Chese was very good and fresh, however the pizza had a ton of flop and the sauce was too sweet for me. but not too bad for a neapolitan pizza.

Good sauce, a lot of flop, decent cheese

A solid Neapolitan pie. Great sauce. Perfect Neapolitan style crust. Cheese is good but both quantity and texture are not perfect. If you like traditional Neapolitan za, you’ll love this place.

Good crust, not enough sauce, egg yolk on pizza was a bit overpowering

Napolitan style, sauce good flavor, crust good flavor but on the doughy side. Was not too hot when it came out. Still solid score

Major flop, wet slice... but very very very great crust with a Big Crunch. Would definitely come here again. 7.8

This mamma Mia pizza is friggin amazing. The sausage with the sopresatta is perfect with the San marzano sauce. Thanks for another amazing pie Brick Fire Tavern!

Definitely had that Hawai’i flop in it. The cheese was not totally melted. The crust, especially the outer ring was phenomenal. Basil and sauce were on point

Better make a reservation, tables go quick! Dough is made daily, oven pizza made right in front of you. Great pizza, dough has flavor and is crisp, cheese tastes great. Sauce has flavor and isn’t too heavy.
