Brick Oven Pizza 33

Alright, Frankie. Brick Oven Pizza 33 on 33rd and 3rd has a real good slice. I thought the Murray Hill area was littered with mediocre pizza, but Pizza 33 has silenced my ignorance. With the perfect amount of flop and crisp, the pizza is great. The crust was perfect, although I would have liked a little more. Having this pizza with a little crushed red pepper and garlic salt would garnish a higher score from me, but it’s still a great slice. If you find yourself in Murray Hill, or near the Ferry, stopping by Pizza 33 is a solid option for a bite to eat, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
