Brick Oven Pizza

In an area you’re more likely to get shot then find good hand tossed pizza, Brick Oven is completely out of place. Jersey style flop, nice tang on the sauce, a good slice of pizza. Only downfall is when the owner adds a handful of extra cheese before popping it in the oven, anytime I stop in, I ask for it “As is.”
