Brick Oven Pizza

Not great. Even for Hawai’i.

Pretty good pizza. Cheese was a little slippery and floppy, not my fav. Crust was better than normal. Good pizza, good score.

Only 8 I’ve ever given (could be the Hawaiian atmosphere). Great pizza, crust is AWESOME. Service isn’t great, but they definitely care about the quality of their pizza’s. A little out of the way, but we’ll be back every time we come to Kauai!

Here’s my review of the pizza here in Kauai, Hawaii. Sorry for no video, it was raining and I had something else planned for this review. For starters, the garlic butter brushed crust is a must. My “gold” standard is pepperoni and cheese and this place nailed just about every point. The crust is thin with enough bite to satisfy any thin crust lover. The sauce is perfectly seasoned and bonus points for the extra seasoning on top. The cheese was cooked perfectly with the rest of the pie. Pepperoni was standard, nothing special there. This pizza could easily be in the 9’s with fresh cut pepperoni. The food in general has been great here but this place is a must for pizza.

Decent margherita. Garlic bread crust which dips great into marinara. Good peppery basil. Tomatoes and cheese below par. Great if you’re hungry.
