Lived in this city for more than ten years. Almost 20 years ago my now wife and I would go on high school dates at the spot down the road, but unfortunately their quality has been slipping. Decided to give Brick Oven a shot after not trying them since they opened some years ago (and hating it). Empty your grease traps for this slice, or better yet, just crane your neck a bit, and slide it down your gullet. As disappointed as I am in my regular spot, this isn’t the solution.

Might be brush oven, but this dough and cheese.. 🤔

Wow. One of, if not the best, pizzas I have ever ate. We ordered the Grandma’s pizza and the corner pieces were absolutely heavenly. The middle pieces didn’t have the crunch I prefer, but the corner pieces which had the perfect crunch, elevate this pizza for me. If you ordered this pizza well done-rule breaker- it would be in the high 9’s. Amazing sauce, better cheese, great undercarriage. 8.2

Grandma style cheese pizza

Ordered a deep dish and it was DELICIOUS. Def the best pizza place on the Ave.

Floppy but tasty. Good quality for Florida.

Sauce game was weak. Good crisp. Minimal grease.

Moderate flop, crispy crust and top notch ingredients. Best pizza I’ve had in South Florida. Better than the majority of NYC pizzerias.

Good smell. Very oily, heavy flop. Decent crisp. Sauce is ok. I gotta day Downtown Pizza a few blocks down takes the cake for the best in the area. If it wasn’t for the heavy oil it would get a better score

Big slice an really good.

I ordered a slice but The whole pie looked better.
