Brick Oven Pizzeria

Dough, while not floppy is a little bit thicker than I'd like in the middle. That being said, the crust has a good amount of chew and a good taste. Good cheese. Good amount of sauce.

By far the best pizza in Nebraska, but still isn’t like a NY pizzeria.

Very good slice. Excellent, crispy crust. Sauce is good, but could of used a bit more.

Traditional pie. Good flavor, crisp, saucy, cheesy, and decent price. Ordered jumbo slice (2 slice combo) they gave me a full pizza because some dude called and canceled his order, so I got a full Pepperoni instead of 2 slices.

Piece was very crispy to the point of a little char. It just wasn’t at all memorable to me. Sauce was pretty good but just didn’t like everything together. Not my style. 5.3

Really crispy slice, a little interesting sauce!

No flop, super crispy, interesting sauce, very tangy, good cheese though. Solid slice

Greasy heavy New York flop sauce does taste good however
