Brick Oven Pizzeria

GREAT PIZZA!! Good undercarriage, a little flop, great tasting sauce (maybe a little heavy on the sauce but very good). Very very solid pizza!!

Well deserved re-rate for a pie that just consistently delivers from the definition of a local hole in the wall. Cheesy and yet still w the crispy crust and plenty of bubbles which dipped in honey is next level.

The P29 thick crust Good under carriage, some flop depending on the piece. Lots of toppings in every bite. Nice old school feel of the restaurant. Passed the next day cold slice test. One of the better places in Omaha

The thin crust was great. Crispy crust, toppings were flavorful. Found our new favorite place!

Pretty good flavor on cheese and sauce. Crust was a little doughy and overall had a lot of flop. It had a really good oven taste that you expect from a brick oven pizza.

Dough, while not floppy is a little bit thicker than I'd like in the middle. That being said, the crust has a good amount of chew and a good taste. Good cheese. Good amount of sauce.

By far the best pizza in Nebraska, but still isn’t like a NY pizzeria.

Traditional pie. Good flavor, crisp, saucy, cheesy, and decent price. Ordered jumbo slice (2 slice combo) they gave me a full pizza because some dude called and canceled his order, so I got a full Pepperoni instead of 2 slices.

Decent pizza. Crispy crust. Sauce makes it higher than it really should be

Piece was very crispy to the point of a little char. It just wasn’t at all memorable to me. Sauce was pretty good but just didn’t like everything together. Not my style. 5.3
