Brick Oven Pizzeria

The round is the star here, not super obvious which side is extra sauce but the slices with are better. Close to football crust but a little lighter, not much flop. Sauce is solid and cheese is good, not too chewy. Realizing my scores have been high (home town cooking), but this is better than Bella’s for sure. Bonus square slices, old forge style gets the cheese right and maybe the sauce not enough on it to tell. Crust is too much though and ruins it for me. Sicilian is even thicker crust and bleh, stick with the round.
