Brickhouse Pizzeria

Brickhouse is so frustrating. The pizza taste is solid. Surprising taste. But the mega flop and bread is ridiculous. This thing is floppy than a wet noodle. The crust has nice crunch. But the undercarriage of the pizza needs to be cooked. I eat here quite a bit because my only option is f********* dominos. Brickhouse could be a 7-8 on the scale. But they don’t know how to cook the undercarriage
