One of my favorite places to get pizza. The dough is light and the cheese has great flavor. That’s a review

Interesting cheese flavor, not much tomato sauce, quality dough but sauce lacking. Carne pie great meat, much thicker, still lacking sauce and just not enough crisp.

This pizza is awesome. Not a ton of grease, the crust is crispy and has a wood fired flavor. The sauce overpowers the cheese with flavor so you taste a lot more sauce than cheese. The fact that this comes from an oven on a trailer is incredible

The best!! Brick n Fire never disappoints. The pizza consistently tastes amazing, and we look for them at every festival/fair we attend!

Crust is pretty loaded on flower, Major flop, sauce is really good, overall decent.

Perfect combo with the Sykesville beer fest.
