This pizza is awesome. Not a ton of grease, the crust is crispy and has a wood fired flavor. The sauce overpowers the cheese with flavor so you taste a lot more sauce than cheese. The fact that this comes from an oven on a trailer is incredible

Interesting cheese flavor, not much tomato sauce, quality dough but sauce lacking. Carne pie great meat, much thicker, still lacking sauce and just not enough crisp.

Best pizza in town!!! Can’t go wrong with the cheese, but I love to add mushroom and prosciutto to the margherita! Cool staff who is quick and super friendly!
