Went for the classic margherita. I’ve had their plain cheese and pepperoni before. This is definitely the kind of pizza that I WANT to like more. There was very little flop, the crust looks delicious and I love the char. The undercarriage looks nicely done. However, I just feel like there’s not enough flavor to it. I’m not a huge fan of the sauce although I didn’t dislike it, the cheese didn’t really have a strong taste, and sadly the crust tasted very floury. My favorite bites were the charred parts. I know people love them, but at $15.00 or so after tax for a pretty small pizza, I think there’s better value out there.
