Beautiful Wood fire pizza oven but could’ve been much better. I got the small pie, ingredients are good. Crust should’ve had more burn, no crunch. That being said it’s Not bad tho, maybe I should’ve tried the bigger pizza.

This is what 28 bucks gets you.

The one in Redlands is much better! The pizza had potential. Wish it had a crispier undercarriage. I was expecting more since it was a wood fire oven. Overall I think 6.9 is a fair score 👍🏽

The bad: Chewy dough, salty sauce, The good: Classic style pie. I love pie and this beats anything else around the area. An after work go to.

Great spot at the food lab. I went simple for the Maguerita Pizza. Tastes fresh. If the crust was crispier would've gone higher.
