Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company

Decent crust & undercarriage but it’s downhill from there. Tomato sauce was just pasty and the cheese tasted off. Lacking in flavor overall. It’s a bar not a pizzeria but it’s a nice venue so my score was probably a little too generous.

Very solid pie, the community score is a bit inflated imo but I can see why people like this place. Went down real smooth, nice thin crust, no flop, but not crisp at all. Overall taste was pretty good, but kind of on the bland side

Great pizza, pairs well with their craft beer. Get a poutine appetizer and this place is money.
