Brickyard Pizza

A little floppy but good flavor. Sauce was good too. Great crust.

Ordered the super well done, definitely got an amateur pie maker. the pie is well done, but very uneven crust consistency. Some places fix some places Thin. Good pie though, sauce is a little spicy. Some Tang to it, little too much cheese. Way too floppy. But...

Crust was a a little doughy, large pepperoni and smaller sausages which I prefer. The sauce saves this pizza, one of the better sauces I’ve had-has some good spice to it.

Solid, crispy, thin crust. A little greasy and saucey. Sauce could use more tang but still okay for ABQ as I ate the whole thing
