Scratch made dough with some chew and a nice crisp. Can't beat fresh ingredients and that's what you get here. Fresh made pizza with love. Sauce was awesome with freshly grated mozzarella topped with basil and olive oil. Best pizza in NE Ohio. The crust and dough is to die for here.

Good quality ingredients. Sauce was very very good yet a little lite. Dough was very flavorful and chewy with a nice crispy edge. Overall great pizza!

This Mushroom Duxelle is a fantastic pizza. The Duxelle is fresh portobello mushrooms, garlic, red onion, white whine, butter, thyme with New York extra sharp white cheddar cheese, herbs. The sharpness of the cheddar cheese against the earthy mushrooms is perfect. If you are a mushroom lover and want an awesome pizza you definitely need to make a trip to Brimfield Bread Oven!
