Taste pretty good, think it'd be better with more crisp. Decent chew though

The Grandma with basil is outstanding! Definitely ask for it well done. This picture is my second slice, which was not well done, and I’d score it an 8.1. The first slice was a solid 8.4! Great sesame crust, good sauce, all-around excellent slice!

This is my 2nd time reviewing Brios. After this pie I got I had to. It was worth they got a fair shake because this pie was fantastic. I order a Margherita with sesame seed crust well done and it came out absolutely incredible. The crust was nice and charred and crispy, giving it great flavor. The sauce they use is full of flavor from the tomatoes and oil the cheese had a nice milky flavor. I could have ate this whole pie on my own. Two slices wasn’t enough so we ordered another one! Although this wasn’t as well done as the first. I’m telling you. ORDER THIS WELL DONE, it makes a WORLD of difference. That wood oven will give that well done crust TONS of flavor. A true hidden gem of the Catskills! Thank me later

Delectable crust, all around solid flavor, finished it too fast to get a picture

Brio’s is outstanding. The sauce and cheese are top notch, and the sesame seeds on the crust are a game changer. It’s a must-try if you’re in the Catskills. My only complaint is the excessive flop I experienced with my pie. A little more crisp would’ve pushed this into the high 8s for me.

Good Char, minimal flop, and quality cheese. Could of used a little more sauce. Top 5 joint in the area.

Place is a gem.

Good crust and undercarriage, sauce seems to have an odd tang but pretty good. Could be cheesier. Solid pie. 7.5.

I had the Fresh Tomato and basil personal pie. Good slice. First slice had a slight flop i believe because i rushed into it the rest were fine. Had a nice crisp, all the ingredients were fresh and well put together. the one complaint that comes to kind is a slight amount of dougheyness. I will factor in the fact that ima. traditional new york slice guy going out of my element so overall unbiased in that sense i’m going 7.4

It's ok. It'll get the job done. Best part is the crispy crust. More sauce taste that balanced taste.
