AMAZING!! Cooked perfectly.

Smallish bar pie style, slightly bigger than a personal pizza, and loaded with a glowing orange grease. Surprisingly cheesy for a thinnish, not-so-big pie. A little too much oil embedded in the cheese to really distinguish the taste. The Parmesan sprinkles on top actually cake in the grease in a very unflattering way. The sauce is pretty nondescript, lacking in flavor an a little overwhelmed by the oil. The dough is way too soft; a thin pie like this needs to be crispy. The crust is by far the best part and even that is only slightly above average. This has a bar pie feel with a frozen pizza taste. A little disappointing, it should be much better than it is; lots of work to be done to improve.
