Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

Add chicken to the Hot Honey + Sausage. It’s a game changer. Floppy, but good char. Pepperoni upped this score and has a MASSIVE cheese pull.

Good crisp, tangy sauce, but bland cheese

The pizza was very good. It was just inconsistently cooked from one side to one side. The first half was very crispy the second half doughy. That’s a shame. If the whole pizza been like the second half this would be a 7.9 or a 8.1

I don’t know if I’m easily impressed or what, but I thought this was better than the average score indicated. Aside from the poor undercarriage (very undercooked), I don’t have any big complaints here. I will say, though, it was inconsistent in the crust. One half was cooked well, the other half undercooked.

Needs a little more sauce based on how much cheese. Very very greasy. We do enjoy it

Chicken Florentine with Parmesan Cheese. Great under carriage and a little flop due large pieces of chicken. Very light with a crispy crust. Paired with a Turtle Anarchy Porty Stout. Definitely recommend.
