All right Frankie, time for a pizza review. Today we are at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Greensboro, NC. This unique place with unique pizza. Serving only 11” pies with very thin crust. I’ve got here the Bronx Bomber with some spices Italian sausage and prosciutto. Very interesting with a lot of flavor. Unfortunately the crust in not very crunchy and no crisp. Overall a decent hometown staple with good beer.
