Pizza Review
Nice flavored sauce which is the highlight of the pizza. Too heavy cheese to sauce ratio. Light airy crust but it’s cooked on too low of a temperature and there is almost no crunch! Pizza oven is half wood half gas and is typically set around 675. This is too low which is why it does not provide the necessary crunch. The ideal pizza oven temp is 800 to 900. Preferably coal to add the char, wood is also top notch. Better than the best frozen pizza but strictly average in regards to pizza establishments.
