Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

Nice flavored sauce which is the highlight of the pizza. Too heavy cheese to sauce ratio. Light airy crust but it’s cooked on too low of a temperature and there is almost no crunch! Pizza oven is half wood half gas and is typically set around 675. This is too low which is why it does not provide the necessary crunch. The ideal pizza oven temp is 800 to 900. Preferably coal to add the char, wood is also top notch. Better than the best frozen pizza but strictly average in regards to pizza establishments.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff. Pizza was good however It was not cooked enough. I prefer a little more crisp crust.

Great atmosphere, great location,friendly staff but trash pizza. Even my wife gave a low rating and she gives rookie scores.

Was in the area and wanted a pie, a lot of sauce, consumed the entire pizza, very little cheese, the buffalo chicken was mostly just blue cheese crumble tasting but most importantly the crust was solid very good crunch. Would for sure come back.

Below par, first impression looked like a lot of cheese and sauce and should be a good tasting pie, however It was not the case. Hardly any taste. Very fast service which is the best, yet only perk to take away.

One bite...everybody knows the rules. Great thin crust with just the right amount of toasty. Cheese was good but I could’ve had some more sauce.. all in all very good slice... I think I’ll have one more bite!

Brixx is a good slice, it’s a fancy pizza so not exactly my style but still a real solid slice of pizza.
