Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

This place is great. I got a custom pizza with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, bacon, with a garlic parm spread for the base and it was delicious. Little to no flop with a nice crunch. This place is a must stop again. Not to mention the staff was excellent and the Foccacia Cheese Bread was a great touch as well.

Delicious toppings and flavorful sauce. Better than average crust.

Good pizza - a little spice and kick. Crisp and good flavor.

Bland all around. The best part was the crust. Expected a little more from a wood fired pie.

Very light, thin and crispy, ZERO FLOP, no grease, light trace of flour on the undercarriage, great pizza!!!

So for a chain it isn’t bad, I ordered the America and asked for garlic, looked good, tasted good and not much grease with a decent flavor on the sauce. The downside is the dough, I don’t know if it pre made or made fresh, still not a deal breaker because I liked it

This is another speciality slice but it is my favorite!!! Brixx had this as a limited time only between Dec and Jan this past year. Its their Honey Sausage!!! No flop, nice crispy crust and the sauce consist of honey and sriracha.
