Pizza Review
With Brixx, you must start with the crust. It is what they are either known for or criticized for. Their are airy bubbles and a crisp crust,... but it is too thin for me. It isn't quite like eating a cracker, but pretty darn close. (I won't touch the yuppified version of their Ceasar's Salad,... because this is a pizza review) I had the Rustico. They don't serve a margareta or 3 cheese or fresh mozzarella pizza. I judge pizzas on these criteria. 1) Would I drive a distance to eat this pizza or go to BRIXX. NO 2) Was it worth the price? Mehhhh 3) Were contents on the pizza fresh and of good quality? Yes 4) Would I lay to eat it again? No 5) If someone had Brixx at their home, and offered me a slice for free,...would I eagerly take a slice? No
