Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

Great pizza!

Weird zang on the sauce, undercooked and a bit doughy.

One bite, everyone knows the rules... Sausage and Sriracha Honey pizza. Great flavor, crispy crust around the edge, but a little doughy in the middle. Solid pizza!

Little flop, doughy crust, fresh cheese and good sauce!

Reminds me of Chuck E Cheese. Solid pizza. Good crisp crust.

Good pizza.

Not bad for a chain. Good crisp because it’s wood fired. The sauce had a bit of a bite. It just wasn’t unique enough to make me want to come back.

Ehhhh little tang but not to bad

Mexican pizza better then cheese. Crust was too doughy, little sauce. Not terrible, wouldn’t make a trip for it.

Major flop. Good wood fire crust. Lots of cheese and sauce has a nice tang. Very good pizza. This was the sausage and spicy honey pizza.

Frankie it was slightly floppy but the crust was crispy and the cheese and sauce were great. Better than football pizza but not the best I’ve had.

Best so far in Hoover area.

Burnt on the ends, but it’s a wood fire. Great taste, great weight, amount of sauce is on point. Great pizza
