Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

Been here twice. Nice variety, solid crust, but overall not amazing. One of those places that has great unique pizzas, but standards pizzas are nothing special.

Its just meh, light kind of bar pizza. Its like good for down here’s standards (which ain’t sayin much). Not worth driving for. Stay away from the dessert pizza !

Dough was very brittle, almost as if it had been sitting out for a few hours. Cheese was good and the basil was a pleasant addition. Pretty dry; needed more olive oil.

7.8 on the BBQ chicken. 5.1 on the Bronx

The cheese they use is solid. The crust could’ve been crispier. Decent sauce.
