Bronx Pie Pizza

Served piping and I mean piping hot. Cheese was spectacular, but I didn’t taste the sauce at all. Crust was a little overdone and bland. Overall very nice football pizza, big foldable slice.

Really excellent slice, one of the best around. Thin crust with good crunch and taste. Its not at all greasy and is excellently seasoned. Sauce is very tasty as well. Would recommend

Served hot in 3-4 minutes with a hard Rt. 9 crisp and zero Po’ Town flop. First Bite Score: 6.1 The sauce is very thick with no tang. It’s way under seasoned with a strong oregano flavor. The mozzarella is decent at best with very low salinity. The dough recipe tastes like the only ingredients are flour and water and there is zero flavor present. The undercarriage is masterfully done with good char. Sub Score: 6.6 For $2.00 you get what you pay for. Less oregano and more salt across the board would compliment a very nice undercarriage and shoot this into the low 7.0’s. This slice is far too inconsistent in the placement of ingredients and a very bland crust. Final Score...
