Brooklyn Brothers Pizza

Good pie. The "Everything" was a little TOO MUCH of everything, leaving a wet, sloppy, floppy slice. The cheese pie however was really great. Based on the cheese alone, I'd go 7.8, but the execution of the supreme-style was a bit heavy hande and I'm giving an average score here. Also, this is definitely a "to-go" event. Not a very nice interior (cramped, no soda fountain, just bottle drinks from a not-so-frigid cooler) and it was FRIGGIN HOT inside. We ate in and were drenched with sweat by the time we were done. The heat didn't seem to bother the flies that wanted to attack our dinner. The guys working the shop were all nice and friendly. It must have been hard to keep going for them, though. It had to have been like a furnace by that oven! We had leftovers and reheated in the oven the next day and it was still pretty good.
