Very thin crust, which has its pros and cons. Pro? Excellent topping to crust ratio. Con? Expect to either hold or fold due to flop. Flavor is fantastic. Sauce is salty/savory and not sweet. High quality cheese. Doughy crust has flavor; you’ll be able to eat it all without looking for something to dip it in. Overall one of the best “NY style” in the area.
