Brooklyn Pizza & Pasta

Probably the best cheese pizza in Brevard County! Just enough flop with a good chassis. The sauce is wonderful but the cheese is what makes it so good!

Classic New York Style Pizza. I elected to get the Pepperoni and Black Olive Pizza. However, the pizza was a little greasy, it was still very crispy, with not a lot of flop. If you are in the area, and are in need of a New York slice. Check out Brooklyn Pizza and Pasta :)

Nice atmosphere and great customer service. Pizza is okay , could be great if they tweaked a few things. Way too greasy and decent bit of flop. Sauce ratio was good but lacking flavor. Crust was okay , definitely better than fast food pizza but not unique or flavorful in any way. 6.8 but could be a solid 8 if they improved these areas.

Crust was thick and chewy, not crispy, almost undercooked. Sauce was extremely light and was lacking a balanced flavor. Top was cooked well but not good as a whole pie.

I know this is a high score, but one of the best slices I’ve had. Slices are always better than a fresh pie but I’d imagine the pie is up there as well. Hopefully there’s consistency here.

I was ready to be impressed because of the reviews but I was sadly disappointed. Pizza looked good on top but bottom was pale, soft and covered in corn meal. A fellow Connecticut person posted how it was on Pepes level but no way.

This is one of the best pizzas in Central Florida. Slices are killer and the little crispy pepperoni cups are a nice touch.

Both were solid.

Very nice. Delicious taste and wonderful crispness. Just a tiny flop about an inch. After that the audio took affect, the sound of the crunch was music to my ears. A full rounded pizza covering all four senses, taste, smell, looks and feel feeling the crack in the crust when you fold it (if you know what i mean) It could of been cooked another 2 or 3 min. I ordered it well but it was in the afternoon and a little slow perhaps pizza guy was a little impatient and took it out a little early for my liking. All in all a must stop for lunch while traveling back and forth from south Florida to North Carolina. I’ll be passing by again in 5 weeks for round 2

One of the best pizzas I’ve found that’s close to home. Sauce was really good with a little tang to it. Out of the oven with no flop whatsoever. Every bite had a good crunch to it front tip to crust. Going to be hard to beat in the Melbourne viera rockledge area. Can’t wait to take my father in law for his review.

good crisp crust, cheap greasy cheese but good

Was expecting more... greasy dough very hard...not happy..

One bite everybody knows the rule... This place has been around a while now, haven’t been in a long time but remember it being good. Full restaurant with a walk-up counter. Slice looked good, had good crisp all the way through, but wow did the sauce blow me away. A little thicker sauce than most places but it’s full of fresh basil and oregano and it just does the trick for me. Everything else is in balance so straight up, this is a delicious slice.

Ahhhh.... Brooklyn Pizza. Just that. This place would be amongst many similar places in Brooklyn, but in Melbourne, it is one of the best. A lot of pizza comes out of this place. All is good. Slight flop, bit of a tang, crust is good, Dave would like this place. Rest of menu is good as well. Always crowded, always good. That’s the review.

For Florida Pizza this is an 8.5 but for anywhere else it would be a good 7.9. Sicilian is comparable to the good shit I’ve had on Long Island. Really solid slice.

Real deal Italian pizza Great little place.
