Good pizza a little floppy but good flavors

Being from the northeast I’d consider myself to be somewhat of a pizza snob, essentially I’m fine with leaving bad reviews if the pizza is sub-par. However Brooklyn Pizza does it better than anyone in boulder. The cheese is greasy meaning it’s good, the undercarriage is crispy but still flops. A tad bit more sauce would be nice but overall this is a phenomenal slice.

Taste is ok but it is a sloppy floppy mess.

This place is the real deal. I was a little skeptic when I saw “cheese” pizza on the menu ‘cuz in Brooklyn we call it “plain” or sometimes “regula”. Don’t worry, no ranch dressing here. Today’s slice was an 8.1. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great crisp on the underbelly. No flop. Was very tasteful but a little chewey & a tad too burnt for my liking on the edges. Reminds me of an thin crust east coast style pizza. I will be coming back

Good pizza. Very greasy lots of flop. Crust was crunchy. Sauce has a nice tang.

Solid pizza, even goes the next morning. Owner is the man. Damn near doubled our order for free everytime. And got some ranch on the house. Love it

Good pizza good ingredients owner was a good dude gave us a 18inch for the price of a 16. Good sauce crust good al around solid pizza.

good sauce and taste, but crust is inconsistent and floppy towards the middle. one of the best in boulder 7.2

At the corner of arapahoe and 17th in Boulder. Great little corner spot passionate about pizza. Paper thin, no flop, great crisp, very light, not greasy. Little light on sauce would be the only knock. Solid slice.
