Brooklyn Pizza Crew

If you’re looking for a solid, yet unspectacular pie, this is the spot. Just your standard, big, New York City slice. Generic, but better quality than the dollar slice shops. The sauce is ok, nothing special, lacks pizzazz. The cheese is your basic pizza cheese, not great, not terrible, a smidge oily. The dough is firm with a little crisp on the crust. Truthfully, if it wasn’t made with NYC water, this pizza would probably rate in the low 6s. Luckily, it’s Brooklyn made and meets the standards of a decent New York pie. Worth a look if you’re in the neighborhood but don’t go out of your way.
