Brooklyn Pizza

Nice layout and decor. They only offer one size (16”). Good pie for rural central Missouri, crust was doughy. They offer slices until 2pm.

Tried both the Missouri pie and the cheese pizza and both were good. The crust was crunchy but not charred. Both were perfectly thin and I really enjoyed the slight flavor of the tomato sauce however, the cheese had no flavor and was stringy.

Their Sicilian Pizza is where it’s all at. The crust is near perfection! The regular pie is pretty good but this is one of the rare occasions for me I prefer the square and thicker crust of the Sicilian. We also love their homemade Italian sausage. Awesome place with great service and is my favorite pizza in Missouri so far.

Love this pizza. Solid taste all around. Easy fold and eat type o za.

Average pizza. Not bad. Not great. Definitely not Brooklyn.
