Very little flop, crispy crust and good cheese melt. Manageable grease but sauce needs a little more zing to be among the greats.

One of my favorite pizzas. The sauce is just the right amount, the crust is good undercarriage, not too thick, plus the fresh basil really adds extra flavor.
