Brooklyn Pizza Works & Italian Restaurant

One bite. Everybody knows the rules. Excellent pizza, but it didn’t come without its negatives. So I’ll start with the bad news... it’s got that maximum flop-factor, way too much cheese and could’ve had more bubbles/boils. I even ordered it well-done and this is how it came out? Disappointed. Now for the good news! The cheese seems to be that authentic whole milk stuff. Sauce is a good mix between sweet and tangy. Outer crust has amazing crunch. Honestly, other than the negatives, I’d definitely eat from this establishment again. Next time, I’ll definitely request ultra-well done. You know the rules, every pizza should be cooked well-done, and this pie truthfully looks terrible... but it tastes amazing. You be the judge. That’s a review.
